The breakfast on the top floor not only serves a great selection of both Western and Japanese dishes but also offers amazing views of the Japan Alps. Free drinks in the lobby were a delightful bonus too!

This place suits me perfectly! The free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry make my stays easy. On my first visit, the staff helped me find my lost ID card, and they were always friendly. I highly recommend it!

the hotel's location made it super easy for me to stroll to nearby attractions like the breathtaking matsumoto castle, which was just about a 15-minute walk. The convenience store right downstairs was a lifesaver for snacks on the go.

One benefit I truly appreciated was the breakfast on the top floor, offering stunning views of the Alps while serving both Japanese and Western dishes. I particularly enjoyed the local specialties they featured. The room was well-equipped and had a great view, though I found it a bit smaller than expected for three people. Some furnishings felt dated, and I wish the bathroom had been updated. Also, sound insulation wasn't great, as I could hear noise from the hallway and outside at times. Overall, a pleasant stay with exceptional views but a few areas for improvement.

Request a room on a higher floor for a quieter stay, as lower floors can be noisy from hallways and adjacent rooms.
